This versatile system can be used as a handheld or hands free goggles or with an optional long-range Mil-Spec Afocal Lens or compatible objective lenses that allow converting the PVS7 goggles into a powerful NV viewer with 3x or 5x magnification depending on the lens the device is paired with. They are waterproof rugged and reliable by being made of top quality military grade materials. ATN’s PVS7 goggles provide a night vision experience at any time in pitch black conditions in wet or dirty conditions. The PVS7 features a built-in infrared illuminator which creates “invisible” light allowing your goggles to see in completely lightless situations; Automatic Brightness Control to adjust image brightness in changing light conditions to maintain image definition and clarity; bright light cut-off feature to protect the image tube from sources of intense light; flip-up shut-off feature that can be used with the optional helmet mount system and IR on and low battery indicators.
