LIMITED TIME BUNDLE $179 value: FREE user-installed Viridian RFX11 Green Dot included (packaged separately). Firearm includes 2 Mags, 3 Optics Plates, Allen Wrench.
Imagine you’re in a high-stress defensive situation and your first shot doesn’t go off—maybe it’s a rare ammo issue. With most striker-fired pistols, you’d have to stop, rack the slide (which takes time and could throw off your aim or grip), then shoot again. But with this Taurus G3 T.O.R.O., you just pull the trigger again—quickly and without moving your hands or losing your sight picture. It’s like having a built-in second chance without the hassle or delay.
This feature adds an extra layer of reliability and speed when it matters most, especially for self-defense, home protection, or anyone who wants that peace of mind. It’s one of those smart engineering touches that makes the G3 stand out in its class—especially at this price point with the free Viridian green dot optic included in the bundle.
The G3 comes ready for duty with design features that accept key user-installed aftermarket optic upgrades. Featuring generous stippling patches across the grip for maximum control and retention in any shooting condition; an ergonomic palm swell; and side-frame Memory Pads that provide quick positive hand positioning; Picatinny rail; striker block safety trigger safety and loaded chamber indicator; T.O.R.O. slides feature a factory optic for a micro red dot. Includes two magazines (one 15rd and one 17rd) and four interchangeable red dot mounting plates with allen wrench.
Given the growing penchant for shooters to include micro red dots on their semi-autos—be it for personal defense, recreational shooting, or competition work—Taurus brings the G3 series pistols into the optic arena for 2021 with the release of the full-size G3 T.O.R.O. (Taurus Optic Ready Option).
The slides for the T.O.R.O. series feature a factory optic cut so that consumers can immediately add their choice of micro red dot without the expense of custom gunsmith work or “downtime” of their handgun. What’s more, the T.O.R.O. system’s design accommodates a broad range of popular optics on the market today, thanks to an ingenious interchangeable plate mounting system.
The G3 continues the proven polymer-frame profile now in a full-frame configuration, with generous stippling patches across the grip for maximum control and retention in any shooting condition, an ergonomic palm swell and side-frame Memory Pads that provide quick, positive hand positioning.
The frame has an integrated Picatinny rail. A manual safety and slide release lever are optimally positioned above the thumb for easy manipulation. A refined element of the G3 is the 6-lb. trigger, designed with a smooth take-up and a surprisingly crisp, clean break exceeding that of typical striker-fired pistol trigger performance. A short reset promotes quick, controlled follow-up shots.
This sighting system now includes a serrated steel rear sight along with a white dot steel front sight.
Please note: This firearm is not on the California handgun roster.
Also included for a limited time packaged for easy installation by end user:

I got this gun after reading that PewPew Tactical rates it as the most reliable pistol in its class. When I got it, it did not disappoint! Unbelievable firearm for its price.

Bought this pistol with the Veridian sight. Tried removing the top plate to mount the sight and one of the Allen heads on one screw stripped because of over torquing. Now it has to be sent back to the factory. Should not have had this issue.
